Background
 Foreign body impaction in the throat is a common presentation Ear, Nose and Throat emergency room may be associated with dare consequences.
 Case Report
 A nineteen-month-old female was rushed to Accident Emergency Unit, University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), City history foreign three hours duration. Examination revealed broken toothbrush impacted posterior oropharyngeal wall.
 She had removed under local anaesthesia.
 Conclusion
 bodies can fatal if not promptly managed. Impacted could life-threatening due respiratory embarrassment. Therefore, good should used, caution taken while brushing toddlers have their teeth brushed by adults.
